No show will result in a full charge + gratuity (1 hour after schedule pick-up) Failure to notify Djib Limousine will result in a full charge + chauffeur fee. All scheduled vehicles will stand by the pick-up location for 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, standard fees will apply. After 20 minutes the fees will roll over to the hourly rate (depending on vehicle type). A minimum of 20% gratuity will be added to the base price. Toll charges may apply. For reservation please call or send us e-mail four hours ahead. In case of emergency or quick ride call two hour to three hours. Minimum two hours reservation. Cancelation must be made six hours prior.
Airport Security Regulations Require That You Follow These Steps.
Upon arrival, proceed to the Main Terminal, Baggage Claim Area.
If you are arriving on United, Northwest, or an International Airline, we will pick you up on ISLAND 1 , DOOR 506 or 510,
on the WEST SIDE of the Terminal.
For all other Airlines, we will pick you up on ISLAND 1, outside DOOR 507 or 511, on the EAST SIDE of the Terminal.
Go to the Baggage Claim Carousel for your Airline and get your Luggage, then proceed to the pick up location.
On ISLAND 1, at either DOOR 506 or 510 (West Side) or DOOR 507 or 511 (East Side), you will see a LIMO/TAXI BOOTH.
Tell the attendant your Name and that you are being picked up by DJIB LIMO. They will Radio the Holding Area,
which is the staging area for ALL Limousines. Your Driver will be informed to come and pick you up.
Your Limousine will arrive in 4 or 5 minutes.
